Raw Granola Energy Balls Recipe
This recipe can be used as a topping for yogurt or on its own for a quick snack to take on the go!
Ingredients:
7 Dried dates
½ Cup rolled oats
½ Cup shredded coconut
½ Tbsp sugar (any kind of sugar works)
¼ Tsp cinnamon
Directions:
-Place your dates in a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds - 1 minute.
-Add the rest of your ingredients to the blender and blend for 1 minute or until the consistency of cookie dough.
-Take a spoonful of the granola mixture and roll into a bite sized ball. Roll the balls in raw oats.
-Place in fridge until set and enjoy!
