Power Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Cup spinach
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup frozen mango
1/2 Cup frozen pineapple
1 Banana

Instructions:
1. Add spinach and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add fruit and blend again until smooth
3. Pour into cup and enjoy!

Tips!
Fruit can be substituted with any fruit you prefer with a one-to-one ratio.
Add in some of the examples below for an extra health boost:
• Flax seeds/powder
• Chia seeds
• Hemp seeds/powder
• Acai Powder
• Haskap Powder
