Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
Half a lemon
Salt and pepper
2 pieces of bread (gluten free or regular)
Sliced tomato
Directions:

Put your bread in a toaster until it is toasted to your liking

Cut and de-seed the avocado, scoop the insides into a separate bowl

Mash the avocado and add in the lemon juice and a pinch of salt

Take your toast out of the toaster and spread on your avocado mixture, add some pepper and sliced tomato on top

Eat and enjoy!
