Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Serving size- 1

Smoothie Ingredients:

1 large banana (sliced)

¾ cup frozen raspberries

½ cup milk (any kind works)

2 teaspoons honey

¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch ground cinnamon

Topping Ingredients

1 kiwi or banana (sliced)

2 tablespoons almonds or walnuts (roasted and chopped)

1 teaspoon flaxseed or chia seeds

2 tablespoons rice cereal or granola

Directions:

  1. Place the banana, raspberries, almond milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender and mix until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl
  3. Top with your choice of fruit, almonds, flaxseed, and cereal.

Serve and enjoy!
