Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Serves- 1

Ingredients:

¾ Cup fat free plain Greek yogurt

2 Cups of your favourite fruits (sliced)

¾ Cup rice cereal

2 Tablespoons walnuts and almonds (toasted and chopped)

1 Tablespoon flaxseed

1 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar

Directions:

  1. In a bowl or large cup container, layer half of the Greek yogurt, fruit, cereal, nuts, flaxseed, and syrup. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with the syrup.
  2. Refrigerate up to 5 hours

Tip: If you prefer a crunchy parfait, pack the cereal separately and add it to the parfait right before eating.
