Roasted Butternut Squash

Prep Time- 15 Minutes

Cook Time- 25 Minutes

Ready in- 40 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 Butternut squash cut into cubes (peeled and seeded)

2 Tablespoons Olive oil

2 Cloves minced garlic

Salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Toss the squash in a bowl with olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and ground pepper.
  3. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil to keep the squash moist. Transfer squash to the baking sheet and roast in the oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, around 25 to 30 minutes.
