Beef Stew

2 Tbsp extra- virgin olive oil

1 Pound beef stew meat, cut into cubes

1 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 Medium white onion (chopped)

1 pinch black pepper

1 pinch salt

3 large carrots (chopped)

3 celery sticks (chopped)

3 potatoes (chopped)

1 cup peas and corn

6 cups water

1 packet of beef stew seasoning

Put a large pot on medium heat and add oil. Dust the beef with flour and add to the pot, cook until brown and tender.

Add onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes, cook until the onion softens. Add beef seasoning packet, salt, pepper, peas, corn and water. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

Stew is done when the carrots and potatoes can be pierced through with a fork.
